Riley's is operated by a single administrator — the owner of Riley's — who is the only person with access to the admin dashboard and backend systems. Clients and website visitors do not have access to the admin dashboard, API keys or OpenAI credentials, system prompts or internal instructions, Riley's knowledge base, uploaded knowledge-base documents, or any backend configuration or AI settings.

The sole administrator is solely responsible for managing Riley's knowledge base, documents, prompts, settings, integrations, and API credentials. These controls are private and are never exposed to clients or users.
