Riley's designs and connects AI-powered systems, digital experiences, automation and related solutions. The scope, deliverables and pricing of any engagement are agreed directly with you.

Package prices listed on the website are indicative. Payments are handled through the payment provider linked at checkout. One-time and monthly options are as described per package.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you own the systems built for you. Riley's retains rights to its own underlying tools, frameworks and know-how.

Riley's is operated by a single administrator — the owner of Riley's — who is the only person with access to the admin dashboard and backend systems. Clients and website visitors do not have access to the admin dashboard, API keys or OpenAI credentials, system prompts or internal instructions, Riley's knowledge base, uploaded knowledge-base documents, or any backend configuration or AI settings.

The sole administrator is solely responsible for managing Riley's knowledge base, documents, prompts, settings, integrations, and API credentials. These systems and credentials remain private and are never provided to clients or users.

You agree not to misuse the website or the Riley AI assistant, including attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or use them for unlawful purposes.

The website and general information are provided "as is". Specific service commitments are set out in your individual engagement.
